Creel recently retired from Blueprint Management group, the $60 million marketing business he co-founded with $5,000. Employing over 700 staff, Blueprint has achieved a host of industry awards as one of the fastest growing and most dynamic businesses in Australia.

Creel now spends his time writing, teaching and mentoring aspiring and existing entrepreneurs to realise their business dreams.  His incorporates into his session, a mission to create a new era of unprecedented social endeavour and expression by changing the way business is conducted.

RON (ROWDY) MCLEAN

Managing Director of Creating Synergy, Ron McLean holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a specialist stream in Human Resources. 

Previously, he had run his own communications company for 10 years and spent 6 years as General Manager of a large registered club with over 200 staff.

He has implemented successful change management and cultural change strategies for his clients and is also an accredited values consultant.

Passionate about providing work and life balance strategies and development programs for all people, Rowdy is passionate about adding value by providing excellent strategies for the clear communication and implementation of efficient and effective business programs that allows for growth.


LIBBY SANDER

Libby has over 10 years experience as a human resources specialist.  She has worked in a range of industries holding both senior human resources and operational roles.

Origanisations Libby has worked with have won national recognition for human resource initiatives.

She has worked closely at Chairman/CEO level, providing coaching and advice, dealing with a range of sensitive issues.  She is passionate about assisting individuals and organisations optimise their potential.

Libby is known for the passion and enthusiasm she brings to her clients.  She helps organisations move beyond a culture of compliance to one of creation, allowing people to access their passion and deliver extraordinary outcomes.

Libby holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Business degrees as well as a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Griffith University.

She is also a Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a member of the International Coaching Federation.

HELEN MACDONALD

PENNY BURKE

Penny is the Director of Essence Communications and has worked in marketing and advertising in Melbourne, Sydney & London for all her 22 years in the workforce.

Most recently, she spent 12 years at Clemenger BBDO as Strategy Planning Director, overseeing strategic developments for major communications projects.

Penny began the Essence consultancy after many years experience with a wide range of projects, large and small, in a range of sectors from traditional packaged goods & retail to services and social marketing.  Her experience in Government in particular, has given her an appreciation of the importance of stakeholders - how to identify and manage them in a positive way that adds to a communications project, rather than disrupts it.

Penny is a change agent..... keen to explore new boundaries and horizons and find better ways to do things.  She brings fresh eyes, intuition and grounded thought to a scenario.  In identifying the key issues logically and debating them articulately, she helps to develop a way forward and form a plan of action encompassing all involved.

Penny holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and has lectured and tutored at Melbourne Universities such as RMIT, Monash and Swinburne.
